Post Award Execution Support for a Small Business 

Challenge: A small business focused on the digital transformation of federal agencies was awarded a civilian department-wide, five-year, $500M multi-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The BPA was for strategic IT management, hosting/cloud, website and application, software and hardware, administration, and IT security and compliance services support. The client needed post-award execution support to position them to win task order awards on the contract vehicle.  

Solution: GPS Strategic Advisors developed a department-wide go-to-market strategy to raise awareness of the BPA across the department’s eight mission areas. We then developed and implemented a Strategic Call Plan that included email narrative and general marketing collateral to raise awareness of the client and explain contract requirements, procurement, and acquisition specifics. GPS Strategic Advisors provided ongoing strategic teaming guidance to support emerging task order requirements, technologies, and best practices.  

Outcome: Through the BPA award, the client received seven task order awards within the first 12 months valued at $77.6M.
