Capture, Teaming, Solutioning, and Proposal Support for Cybersecurity Win

Challenge: Our client, an emerging small business, identified an agency-level security engineering contract to integrate security into hundreds of applications ranging from legacy mainframe to cloud-based robotic process information bots. They needed help analyzing the opportunity, developing capture and teaming strategies, and proposal solutioning and support to better position themselves to win.

Solution: GPS Strategic Advisors supported the opportunity analysis and qualification, capture strategy development, and teaming partners identification to strengthen their PWin. We identified and vetted two cybersecurity companies with a strong track record within the agency and the former agency CISO in leadership positions. Our proposal and technical SMEs worked with the proposal team to create proposal content, participate in color reviews, and prepare for orals.

Outcome: $10.2 Million contract, over five years, awarded to our client, expanding its footprint within the agency and increasing its cybersecurity capabilities.
