Proposal Management, Writing, and Graphics for a Medium-sized Management Consulting Firm 

Challenge: A medium-sized management consulting firm needed technical solution, content development, and proposal management support to secure a must-win proposal for a civilian agency, five-year, single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). 

Solution: GPS Strategic Advisors provided strategic advisors to develop a compliance scorecard and content maturity assessment of the ongoing program. We applied assessment results to influence the proposal plan and content development strategy and to craft the management approach, technical approach, staffing plan, and solution. 

Outcome: The customer was awarded the $25M single-award BPA without protest. In the first six months following BPA award, the customer received two task orders valued at $4.3M.
