Kansas City, MO – June 4, 2026 – GPS is pleased to announce the addition of Chad Bixby as a Senior Principal Consultant. Chad is an information technology practitioner and military veteran with over 3 decades of experience supporting, defending and securing some of the most mission-critical information systems within the federal government.
Chad was responsible for engineering, developing, and managing security governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) solutions at the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Cyber & Privacy Operations Center (CPOC) that identified, evaluated, and remediated enterprise-level cybersecurity risks. He developed a first-of-its-kind Information System Continuous Monitoring (ISCM) program for the USDA CPOC, ensuring that enterprise information system boundary risks were identified and remediated for over 500 mission-critical information systems.
Pam's extensive background in IT security, federal acquisition, and business development makes her a tremendous asset to our team. Her leadership and technical knowledge will be invaluable as GPS continues to expand its service offerings, particularly in IT operations and cybersecurity advisory services.
He has led numerous key initiatives across the federal government, managing and defending federal information systems from foreign nation states as a senior network security engineer and successfully migrated some of the first ever mission-critical Federal information systems to the government cloud.
Chad’s extensive cybersecurity expertise and federal government experience makes him a vital addition to the GPS team.
