Trained by Shipley and certified by the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP), Chris's expertise in business development is well recognized. His ability to win complex technical and management contracts, totaling over $635 million, is a testament to his prowess in capture and proposal management. Furthermore, his robust business development lifecycle skills – encompassing market analysis, competitive intelligence gathering, capture strategy and solution development, proposal development, and process improvement – add substantial value to his new role.
