Kansas City, MO – October 28, 2023 – GPS Strategic Advisors (GPS) is pleased to announce the addition of Clint Swett as Senior Advisor. With over two decades of experience in both civilian government and military sectors, Mr. Swett brings a wealth of knowledge in life cycle management, IT operations, cybersecurity, and strategic planning. His expertise will further enhance GPS's ability to provide cutting-edge solutions to address complex enterprise challenges. ​

Mr. Swett's previous experience includes 12 years at the USDA, where he served in various leadership roles, most recently as Chief Technology Officer and Digital Transformation Executive for the Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) division. Prior to this, he held the position of Deputy CIO for FPAC and Deputy CIO for the Conservation and Environmental Compliance (CEC) division. Before joining the USDA, Mr. Swett served as the Director of Technology and Service Organization for the U.S. Marine Corps Defense Finance and Accounting Services.

Clint's extensive experience with federal agencies, particularly his leadership in IT strategy and digital transformation, makes him an invaluable addition to our team.
