Kansas City, MO – June 4, 2026 – GPS is pleased to welcome Phillip Rendina as a Senior Principal Consultant. With more than 35 years of experience directly supporting the USDA and its national IT systems, Phillip brings deep expertise in providing IT operational support and leading large‑scale initiatives at the USDA.

​

Phillip served as the Director of the Infrastructure Operations Division for the Office of the Chief Information Officer’s Client Experience Center (CEC), supporting five major sub-organizations including Application Integration, Data Circuits and Network Operations, Hosting Operations, Security Operations, and Access Identity. He led numerous key departmental initiatives that helped move essential IT services from complicated, siloed systems to streamlined, centrally managed, accessible enterprise platforms.
